Butterscotch Milk Shake
Take two 2-3 scoops of Lazza Nut Butterscotch ice cream and add ½ cup of milk along with 2 tbsp butterscotch sauce, in a blender compartment or mixy. Whizz until well blended. Serve immediately.
Butterscotch Ice Cream Sundae
Per serving, you will need 3 scoops of Lazza Nut Butterscotch ice cream, 1/3 cup of butterscotch sauce and cashew nut praline. Place the ice cream scoops on the serving bowl, and pour the butterscotch sauce over it. Top with cashew nut praline.
To make this sauce, you will need to heat a saucepan on medium, add 4 tbsp of butter, and add ½ cup of brown sugar. Then add ½ a cup of whipping cream and mix well. Bring to a boil. Lightly boil for 5 minutes on low heat, whisking to avoid burning. Once removed from heat, add 1 tsp of vanilla sauce and a pinch of sea salt. This sauce can stay up to 2 weeks if refrigerated in a sealed container. Heat it when using it, so as it can be poured on any dessert.
Cashew Nut Praline
Take ½ a cup of sugar in a nonstick pan and heat until the sugar melts. Stir continuously. Remove from the heat and add ½ cup of chopped cashew nuts and mix well. Spread it on a greased plate and allow it to cool. Once cool break it into smaller pieces. Then put it in a Ziplock pouch and crush using a rolling pin.
Banana Butterscotch pudding with Butterscotch Ice Cream
Preheat oven to 180 degree Celsius. Grease a pie dish. Mix 1 cup of maida, 3 tbsp of baking powder, ½ cup castor sugar together. Now, in a separate bowl, beat an egg, add a mashed banana, 6 tbsp of melted butter, 1 cup of milk, 1 tsp vanilla essence. Whisk well and add to the maida mixture. Pour into a shallow greased baking dish.
Heat ½ a cup of brown sugar, 175 ml of water, and 2 tbsp honey/golden syrup. Mix well. Once it boils, pours it over the cake mix, evenly. Bake at 180 degree Celsius for 30-40 minutes. Serve with a scoop of Lazza butterscotch ice cream.
